I have an overnight planned here between Vienna and Budapest. Is it worth it or should I sacrifice Brat. for an extra night in Vienna or Buda. ?

I have a dear friend who lives in Bratislava, and even he would agree that both Vienna and Budapest are far more interesting than his home city. In fairness, Bratislava suffers from its proximity.

I know people do like Bratislava. Do you feel like you could use an extra day in Vienna or Budapest? To me that would be the question.

In Vienna there is more to see. You can make a half-day visit of Bratislava easily from Vienna.
