I need recommendations for companies to hire for transportation from the Vienna Airport late evening into the City Center hotels. Has anyone used a company they would recommend?
Linda - Contact this company from link below. I have used them before in Vienna. They are reliable and provide efficient transport service.

Here is another one that is also good
Just wait until you arrive to make arrangements. They have a train station, buses and taxi's available to get you into the center city.
A pre-booked taxi is about €30. Taxis waiting outside the terminal are somewhat more expensive.
Nevertheless you can go by public transport (€4.20); it is reliable and safe, even in the night.
Honestly, we used Uber last time (running late getting to the Hauptbahnhof) and had no trouble. But I should also say that the suburban train works great too and is usually how I get into the city. If you have the Wiener Linien App on your phone, you can purchase tickets through it without having to worry about kiosks or machines.
Thanks, Everyone.
I use Airport Driver, which you need to book and pay for at least 24 hours in advance. Cost is about 30 Euro compared to about 45 Euro if you take a taxi in the fly. It’s nice to have someone standing there with your name on a sign and it’s one less thing to worry about when your tired/unfamiliar with your surroundings.

The express train (RailJet) from Vienna International Airport directly to Hauptbahnhof (main train station) needs 15 minutes for the trip.
It is impossible to make it in that time by car.
Recommendation from your hotel? The only time we flew into Vienna (usually take the train) the apartment owner arranged for a taxi.
We have used airport driver. But we were going from Vienna city to airport.
The CAT is a rip-off, €11 for going to Wien-Mitte, wheras it is €4.20 for the S7 train on exactly the same route. Same low price for the RJ train which goes to Wien-Hbf (main train station) in just 15 minutes.
It depends on your final destination in Vienna which train station is the better choice to go to. Both are connected to the subway network.
I would just like to point out that the OP made her trip to Vienna in the fall. Not sure why this post was resurrected.
