I booked a SOM tour a week ago and have never gotten a confirmation for the tour. I have send two emails to see if it was received with no response. Has anyone else had a problem with this tour group?

I did not have a problem. I can't remember if I got an email confirmation, but I know I did stop in the office the day before the tour to confirm my information and clarify the details about where the bus would pick us up. It picked us up right in front of our hotel in old town, and the tour was very enjoyable. I hope you get your confirmation soon. If not you might try to call to reassure yourself.
