My husband and I have a trip planned for September 25 - October 10 from Phoenix to Europe. Where is the best place to find information on travel restrictions and whether or not we will even be allowed to travel from the US to Europe? I'm wondering if it is better to travel to just one country instead of multiple or if it is just too early to tell all of this. Thank you for any help on the matter.
A good general place for updates is the Schengen website. Look at the news link on the website. The focus here is the Schengen Countries.

Someone else may have a better idea but mine would be to regularly check the US embassy website for each country you intend to visit. For example, the US embassy in Austria provides the links to Austria’s restrictions, https://at.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/covid-19-information/.

That is not "the Schengen website", is clearly says "SchengenVisaInfo.com is not affiliated with the European Union, the EU Council or any other government agency. SchengenVisaInfo.com is a private publishing website that offers the Schengen Visa Information Guide Online."
The official EU website is also an option: https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/health/coronavirus-response/travel-and-transportation-during-coronavirus-pandemic_en
OK sorry I understand now it is not an official Schengen website. I certainly do not wish to push false information, nor advance a private website.
Unofficial does not have to mean bad. But you need to take the information with a grain of salt. Especially now since the rules and restrictions change quite often.
