Pack what you would wear for any destination where the climate could get warmer or colder, as does typically happen in the spring period. In other words, pack layers! I usually pack five to six tops, some short-sleeved and some long-sleeved, but then I have a sweater vest and a lightweight jacket that I can add over those if it does get cold.
In terms of concerts, I would make sure that one pair of pants is black or something very neutral and have a nice top that can go with it. In other words, something that's sort of business casual. That will be fine. If you want to look a little bit dressier, bring a nice scarf and some jewelry along.

Accu-weather says temperatures in the 50's and 60's for the next week with a significant chance of rain. Just like Spring everywhere else. What would you wear at home in those conditions? Can't go wrong with a nice black long-sleeved top and merino or silk base-layer bottoms under presentable slacks for a 'dressier" look. Sensible shoes are fine at the concerts.
