Hello! We will be in Vienna October 16-19. Have you figured out if you can sell/transfer your tickets? Or looked into getting a refund?

We have not figured out how to transfer tickets yet. We are quite sure we cannot get refunds. Unfortunately, our trip insurance doesn’t include the Philharmonic tickets. I will need my husband to look at them more closely and also the site because of the German. Even though I can have it translated, it often isn’t as good.

If the tickets are so-called Print@Home tickets, i.e. you have received them as pdf files, you just can send them via email to somebody else. This is the normal case when booking online.

We leave the US on October 10, flying into Munich. How much were the Philharmoniker tickets? Is there a date on the Spanish Riding School ones? I checked and I think Midori performs on the 18th, is that correct?
