Hotel Pension Suzanne near Opera house Vienna has a small kitchenette so would like to be able to get breakfast supplies etc. if possible.

There is a SPAR Gourmet supermarket just about a block away on Kärntner Ring.

Use Google Maps....
Billa and Spar are the main chains in Vienna, and Maps will show you that you
have multiple options within a 3-4 block radius.
Don't forget to bring a sturdy bag (or two) to carry your purchases back to the
hotel.

Also beware the early (by US standards) closing times; 8 PM is common. And I think most groceries aren't open on Sunday. Check the websites for the places nearest you so you are prepared.

Groceries are closed on Sundays and holidays, e.g., December 25 and 26. On Saturdays closing time is 6 pm. On workdays (Monday to Friday) closing times vary between 7:15 pm and 8 pm, depending on the brand and location of the store.
