Any Seefeld experts here?

I am looking for potential lodging options in Seefeld during early fall (maybe this year, probably next). It could be a pension or a hotel., preferably within walking distance from the Bahnhof. I've done a bit of research already but I have found there are very helpful folks here that could share their experiences as well. Also, anyone aware of local bicycle rental there?

Thanks in advance!

I have been to Seefeld in Tirol many times, and like it very much.

What price range, what time of year? How many people?

Price is not much of an issue. Fall, 2 people. Thanks.

The big hotel just the other side of the highway towards the high lifts is the Krumers Alpin, with prices and facilities to match. It seems to change names fairly often, we stayed there when it was the Royal and when it was a Sofitel. I haven't stayed there since then. I remember one morning getting up and finding the area in front full of classic rally cars. Quite the crowd at breakfast too.

Much closer to the station, in the centre, is Eden Hotel, our current favourite. Easy parking (you can pay extra in the winter for an individual garage), fairly large rooms, decent buffet breakfast (pre-plague), very good dinners (we usually go demi-pension), lots of green apples and a few red ones, a small spa with indoor/outdoor pool.

pre-plague there used to be an excellent small service laundry just beyond the station.

I don't suggest staying too close to the station. Those places may not be the most tranquil ones. I stayed up the hill last time, but I had a rental car.

We've been many times and always stay at the Hotel Princess Bergfrieden. Just around the corner from the train station, easy walk into the center. Highest quality rooms with a very memorable breakfast buffet. We go to Seefeld just to stay here.
