3 days in Austria mid September lots of questions

We (2 of us) land at 8:20 am on a Tuesday and are staying at Hilton Vienna Plaza- Schottenring 11, 1010 Wien

What is the best way to get from airport to hotel? I am planning on buying the 72 hour Vienna city card for transportation (do I need to buy airport transfers or something different to get from the airport)

We have half day Tuesday after we arrive, all day Wednesday and all day Thursday: I would like suggestions on the best way to lay out the itinerary for things we want to do: We are good with walking long distances and being on our feet all day (but would be doing public transportation). Wasn't sure how long at each place or what logistically should be tackled in the same day.

Definitely want to do: St. Stephens Cathedral, Spanish Riding School, Schönbrunn Palace, Ferris Wheel, Mozart concert one night (is the dinner and concert recommended or just do dinner on our own beforehand), cafe sperl, dinner at Figlmuller's, Sachet Hotel for the torte, dinner at Restaurant Pürstner (or is there better restaurants to try than the two listed)

Other items of interest either the Naschmarkt or the Brunnenmarkt, city river cruise/danube tower
Is the segway tour worth it to do?

Anything else that I am missing without overwhelming ourselves in the process? I was not going to buy the vienna museum pass, but can if that is recommended.

We fly out early 9:15 am Friday to Berlin (best way to get to airport on a Friday morning)

Any other suggestions recommended for mid-September and thanks in advance!

If you get the 72-hour Vienna Card, do not get the airport adder, which adds 22 EUR to the price. You can get into Vienna for only 4.10 EUR on the S-7 train. Take that to Wien Mitte and change to the U-4 to Schottenring, then the No 1 Tram one stop to Boerse and you are 1 block from the Hilton.

Take the S7 train from the airport to Praterstern, change there to subway U2, and go to Schottentor (NOT Schottenring). If you take the exit Hohenstaufengasse from the U2 platform (near the end of the train) you are right at the corner of your hotel.

Don't confuse the 72-hours Vienna City Card with the 72-hours Vienna Transit Pass. You should buy the latter; IMHO the City Card does not pay off.

Here is a little folder, targeted at short-time visitors. On pages 2 and 3 it gives you a good overview of the main sights in Vienna, suggesting two walks in the city center. (Ignore page 4 which is not up to date, as this folder has not been reprinted since 2020 due to Corona times without tourists in Vienna.)
