will the funicular be running and the cathedral of St James, and the Jusit church be open on All Saints Day, November 1st, we are flying into Munich on October 31st and plan to come down to Innsbruck for the day and night. Any information you can give would be appreciated.

The Nordkettenbahn is open daily, but will be closed between Nov. 3 and Nov. 20, 2014 for maintenance.
