Thanks for all the help

I have been asking all kinds of questions and many of you have been very helpful. Now I am in Vienna and taking advantage of all the great help. I am posting on my blog as we travel and I thought some of you might be interested in reading about Vienna through the eyes of a blind traveler. I am traveling with my sighted husband and we are having a great time. Once I am home I will post a list of the books I used to get ready for my trip along with everything Rick Steves. Welcome to Vienna, Gayle. You have arrived at one of the worst weather weekends in a while, unfortunately. From today, however, things look to be getting nicer. Enjoy your day and hopefully get will find a good Austrian restaurant as I noted that you have had successive Greek dinners so far.

Right around the corner from you in one of my favorite places, particularly for lunch, Jonathan and Siegline - everything they serve has either apples or potatoes in it. Their address is Riemergasse 16. http://jonathan-sieglinde.com/kontakt.htm. Plachutta, a Viennese institution, is also on your street. Café Pruckel (http://www.prueckel.at/) is also one of my favorites just around the corner from you at Stubenring 24 (was there last night and they have strawberry specials at the moment).
