We've had to condense our upcoming trip to Austria/Germany. But a shortened trip is still better than no trip, right?
Anyway, is there time for my family of 4 (me, husband, 18 & 20 year old kids) to visit Lake Königsee in the morning and still make our Eagles Nest Tour in Berchtesgaden at 1:15?

Yes, unless you plan to hike out to the monastery. But if you take the boat, you'll have plenty of time. Just get an early start.
