My family is planning a trip to Vienna in April and we want to go to Solden to see 007 Elements but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get there. We thought we would go from Vienna to Innsbruck and stay a few days there. But how can we get to Solden for the day from Innsbruck? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Take the train to Ötztal and bus 320 from there to Sölden.

I know that this is an older post, but I thought I would take a minute to highlight the benefits of using Google Maps for public transportation directions, which works really well in Austria.
You start by typing in the destination of your journey in Google Maps, in this case Soelden. You then click on the button that says Directions. You then type in your staring point, in this case Innsbruck. (you can also be very specific with addresses). Then you click on the train looking button for public transportation. Et voila! No need to even ask questions like this anymore - empower yourselves!
