anyone with recent travel and knows status of entry into blue lagoon? Is volcano still preventing access?

The Blue Lagoon is open.
However, that could change as volcano's are unpredictable....to a point.

The Blue Lagoon has open and closed numerous times during this latest eruption. Right now it is open, but that can change at any moment of course.

Does anyone know what happens if you purchase entry in advance and the Blue Lagoon ends up being closed on the day you book? Do they give refunds? Wondering if we should buy in advance for July yet, or wait and see and purchase closer to June. Thanks!

Yes, if the BL is closed they will issue refunds.
