itinerary advice - Frankfort heidelberg stuttgart munich loop

Traveling last week in May - 5 in total (2 Fathers (my cousin and myself, 3 college children ). Drove and visited Germany 8 times. Capable, able and can drive any car/model/ whatever).

Yes its a busy itererary - it worked like this in prior European trips, However this trip may be a bit too much - What should I cut out or change around? As I have 5 people (and need 2 ubers) should I just rent a van for the week?

Sat- Arrive Frankfort am, 4:30pm River Cruise, Sleep Franfort
Sun - Bike tour Frankfort, train or drive to Heidelberg around dinner time, Sleep Heidelberg
Mon - Heidelberg castle, Alstadt, Neckar river Train or drive to Stuttgart, Sleep Stuttgart
Tue- Mercedes plant tour 830am. (1 hr drive from Stuttgart hotel). Uber or if I rented a car?
Lunch Stuttgart, Mercedes Museum afternoon, Stadtbibliothek visit, Sleep Stuttgart
Weds -Porsche Museum, Ludwigsburg Palace 1:15pm tour Train or Drive to Munich , Sleep Munich
Thurs - Bike tour of Munich - Been here many times -may change to Friedrichshafen instead of Munich
Fri - Drive to Donauworth for airplane ride/visit family
Sat - Wedding in Bissingen family
Sun 11:45am flight Frankfort

It may make sense to rent a car, I know train works - please advise
Instead of Munich anything closer between/around Donauworth and Stuttgart to eliminate Munich. My family roots are in Munich so its a special place as well ( but maybe not worth it as that thurs is a public holiday - 5/30 and most will be closed.
Should I drive 1/2 way after wedding closer to Frankfort -

Why not fly open jaw - in to Munich and out of Frankfurt? Or vice versa. Saves the backtracking time. So you're proposing to have two private drivers for the whole trip? Wow.

I already booked flights in/out of Frankfort so I cannot change them now.

As for renting a car, that would be me driving a rental car - not a private car. I have driven in many parts of Europe including Germany several times.

Stuttgart is a pain to drive in and around. There's a huge amount of roadwork going on. It's also one of the most infamous places for traffic cameras. And parking sucks. There is no Uber.

I can't speak as to the parking at the Mercedes plant, but parking at the MBZ museum is usually full within an hour of opening time. Parking at the Porsche museum's a bit easier because it's underneath. But it also fills up on weekends.
