We are a family of 6 adults spending 23rd to 27th December this year in Berlin. Looking for suggestions, recommendations of things to do and see in general but also anything specific for Christmas. thanks

Businesses will be closed between 24th around noon and 26th. They re-open 27th. Exception are few supermarkets at major train stations.
Public transport will work in Sunday mode.
Most restaurants will be open on 25th and 26th but possibly the reservation ratio is high.
Sights and tours you have to check individually.
Most Christmas Markets close finally on Dec 23 - some remain open between the years.
Early enough you can book and vist Christmas concerts. You can also visit churches; both main Christian confessions offers English-speaking services in dedicated churches.
