Planning to sign up for 5/4-5/17/25 England RS 14 day tour when available. That 1st weekend is a bank holiday weekend. Will this affect our Bath touring with RS? Planning to go in a day early on Saturday to Windsor....too crowded there on bank holiday weekend? The next choice is 5/11-5/24/25 but would run into the Chelsea flower show in London....afraid of crowds then. Planning time in Scotland after and prefer the early to mid May dates for England prior. Thank you!

To be honest everywhere will be busy all the time but at least London is so huge you won’t notice the Chelsea Flower Show unless you are in the vicinity.

The Flower Show will be imperceptible in a city as huge as London. There is always some event going on, usually several, and the flower show has way smaller crowds than any sporting event or stadium concert.
I wouldn’t expect Windsor to be especially busy ion a bank holiday weekend. It’s not really somewhere Brits go for a short break. You’ll get people visiting for the day but I’d think not massively more than on a normal spring weekend.
