The reservation through sj does not accept my cell number.? 1- --**** is the formate I used?

acraven is right about the number format. SJ relies a lot on text messages for traffic info and those often gets blocked on the way to US numbers so I recommend to search for info yourself here now and then (I think the the train tab is the easiest to use): https://www.sj.se/en/traffic-information

Hi, just bought tix on SJ and that is definitely the correct format to add mobile number, thanks

It's a good idea to make writing down numbers in international format your habit.

I allways enter numbers in my phone that way for example, and done thus the phone will always be able to make the call, regardless of which country I am in.

This format is +(country code) - (Area code without 0*) - ( subscriber number)

  • Except Italy, where they have done away with area codes, and where area codes, and phone numbers can actually start with a 0...

(Actually most countries have done away with area codes by now. If I were to move within Switzerland I would take my whole number, former area code included, with me...)
