To upgrade or not on SJ X2000 train from Copenhagen to Stockholm?

Is it worth it to pay for an upgrade to 1st class (or 2nd calm/quiet) on the SJ X2000 train from Copenhagen to Stockholm? We will take the 8 am train if that matters -- 5 hours travel time. Also is there a recommended side of the train to sit on for scenery.

Thanks!

Some people say it's worth it just to avoid the children (or 99% of them). On an 8am departure you get breakfast (smaller breakfast in 2nd class calm).
In 1st class coffee, tea, water and a very small snack is also included. It's a little more spacious and if you're lucky you can grab the one and only single pair of seats that are opposite each other. Prices are dynamic so sometimes there is big difference and sometimes it's smaller or even negative.

It's worth to keep in mind that 2nd class seats are quite comfortable and perfectly suitable for the journey. Of course it's nice to get breakfast onboard, but even in 2nd class you can go to the onboard bistro to buy something - or get breakfast from the station. What I'm trying to say is that you can upgrade if you want, but you can also have a good and comfortable journey in 2nd class.

As far as I know, no one side is much better than the other.

The central station is "Köpenhamn H" after June 4, you can find it by starting writing "Kopenhamn".

Thanks to everyone who provided insights. We were able to book our tickets, however to note the website was having some glitches. Specially, despite selecting the correct date / time for our booking, when we got to purchase the date / time changed to an overnight train. Pay careful attention to make sure you don't book the wrong train. On the app we were able to complete without issue.
