I'm traveling within the Balkans and one of my fellow travelers isn't vaxxed. I wondered if he needed to show a covid test at each border crossing, or is there some kind of agreement between the Balkan countries so that a test from the first country is sufficient? Over the course of two weeks, I'm going from Croatia, to Montenegro (they recently dropped their test requirement), to Albania, to Bosnia-Herzegovina, then back to Croatia. It seems like he needs to show a covid test at each border, but I want to be sure. Thanks in advance!
